How many of you have experienced the loss of a blog since you decided to invest all of your time in Reader? Millions of you. And I'm not going to stand for it. Crafting a brilliant blogpost that you put effort, several searches on thesaurus.com, and IMPACT font into merits at least two comments, if not more. It's a basic human right to receive comments on your blog and I will no longer be silent while my e-genius goes ignored. We need Comment Reform today for a better 2k9.

Instead of sitting behind your computer compulsively clicking on links and seeing who can share it first (don't forget the witty note!), why don't you bookmark the blogs you'd like to spend time reading and visit them at a later time? Condensing hundreds of RSS feeds onto a single screen might seem efficient right now, but it's not a long-term, sustainable solution. One day, you're going to actually have to put some thought into the shit you're spewing, even if it's metaphorical shit online and not actual feces before a death panel (or in front of me at my place of employment).

So will I come to your little Reader Town Hall? Possibly -- but with signs in tow, a fake Southern drawl and maybe an assault rifle. Read my e-lips:
